Quote
You receive a net-rate quote PDF - every line item disclosed, no hidden supplements. Quote is valid 7 days and locks pricing for 14.

Reservation
You confirm in writing. We block guides, vehicles and venues. Deposit terms depend on lead time - 25% at >30 days, 50% at 14-30, 100% at <14.

Voucher & briefing
White-label voucher issued under your brand. Guide receives written briefing 24 hours before pickup - itinerary, language, dietary, mobility, special occasions.
Voucher issued same day as full payment

Operate & report
Tour runs. You receive a post-tour confirmation, photos (if requested) and any operational notes. Invoicing reconciliation monthly.

Payment terms
We work on net invoicing for established partners and pre-payment for first three bookings.
- Bank transfer (EUR, USD, GBP, TRY) - no card surcharge
- Credit card via secure 3D-Secure link - 2.4% surcharge
- Net-30 invoicing available after the third confirmed booking
- Monthly statement with reconciliation for high-volume partners
Cancellation policy
Same scale for every product, disclosed on every quote.

No-show on the day is treated as 0-6 day cancellation. Force-majeure cases (closed airspace, declared emergency) are refunded in full regardless of timing.
Operational questions we hear weekly
How quickly do you confirm guide language?
Guide name and language are confirmed on the voucher, issued the same day as full payment - typically within 4 business hours of payment receipt.
Can you operate same-day bookings?
For city tours and Bosphorus cruises, yes - subject to availability. For yacht charters and chef-led food experiences, we need 48 hours minimum.
Do you charge a markup for child rates?
No. Children under 8 are complimentary on most products, 9-12 are charged 50% of the adult net rate. Disclosed on every quote.
What happens if my client misses the airport transfer?
Our airport desk has the manifest. Drivers wait 90 minutes after landing, then re-dispatch via WhatsApp. No re-dispatch fee on first occurrence.
Do you provide a single coordinator per agency?
Yes. From your second booking onward, you have a named coordinator with direct WhatsApp and email. Vacations are covered by a named backup.
Can vouchers be re-issued under a sub-brand?
Yes - if you operate multiple consumer brands, we keep separate branding profiles on file and switch automatically based on the booking reference prefix.
