Terms of service

Parties

These terms apply between Mokan Tur Turizm Travel Agency (TURSAB 10997, "Operator") and the agency or tour operator placing the booking ("Agency").

Quotation and booking

Quotations are valid for 7 days from issue and lock pricing for 14 days from written confirmation by the Agency. Resources (guides, vehicles, venues) are reserved only on receipt of deposit per the disclosed schedule.

Deposit and payment

Deposit schedule: 25% at >30 days lead time, 50% at 14-30, 100% at <14. Payment terms net-on-issue unless net-30 invoicing is in effect under separate agreement.

Cancellation

Cancellation fees: 0% at 30+ days; 25% at 14-29; 50% at 7-13; 100% at 0-6 and no-show. Force majeure events (closed airspace, declared natural emergency) refunded in full.

Operator liability

Operator carries professional indemnity and traveller-injury insurance per TURSAB licensing requirements. Operator liability for force-majeure-related loss is limited to the booking value.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Istanbul Anatolian courts.
