Who we are
Mokan Tours is the B2B tour operations division of Mokan Tur Turizm Travel Agency, a Turkish limited company registered under TURSAB licence no. 10997, with its operational address at Tayakadın Mah. Havalimanı Cad., Istanbul Airport, Arnavutköy, Istanbul.
What data we collect
From agency partners: business contact details, signed contracts, payment information for invoicing. From travellers (provided by our agency partners): name, date of birth, nationality, passport number where required by museum or transport authority, dietary restrictions, mobility notes.
Why we collect it
Traveller data is collected solely to operate the booked tour: guide briefing, transport manifest, museum ticket issue, restaurant reservations. We do not market to travellers directly under any circumstance.
How long we keep it
Traveller operational data is deleted from active systems 90 days after tour completion. Financial and contract records are retained for the legal period required under Turkish commercial law (10 years).
Your rights
Under Turkish KVKK and EU GDPR, agency partners and the travellers they represent have rights of access, correction, deletion and portability. Requests are processed within 30 days at [email protected].
